Proposed House Mavhunga
The project entailed the construction of the main house which sits on three levels of reinforced concrete frame on pad foundations, with each level having a reinforced concrete retaining wall with torch-on waterproofing and accompanying subsurface water drainage. The composite roof features a combination of steel trusses with chromadek
covering as well as concrete decking. The house is well-adorned with upmarket finishes such as granite cills and copings, natural stone cladding, porcelain wall and floor tiling, contemporary kitchen and bathroom fittings and cabinetry. Other features of the project entailed construction of a staff cottage and guest wing, vast landscaping, driveway paving and hill-slope protection using precast concrete arc-lock blocks.
Proposed house Munyati
A double storey residential building for a client in Quinnington, Harare during construction. The project comprised a concrete frame structure with IBR roof covering, brick walls; plumbing and floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
Proposed house Marongwe
An upmarket ambassadorial residence located in the Gunhill suburb of Harare. The project involved the construction of a double storey concrete framed structure with split ground levels, brick infilling, roofing, plumbing, internal and external finishes, external paving and stone pitching.
