Tendayi has over 40 years of varied experience within the construction industry having served in the capacities of Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Contracts Manager and General Manager within different well established construction firms and presently as founder and Managing Director of our organisation.
Operations Team Lead
Qualified with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying Degree at the National University of Science and Technology (2008, Zimbabwe) and comes with over 10 years experience with marked exposure to both contracting and consultancy environments. Tashinga oversees the technical and operational aspects of the business ensuring best practices and sustainable growth.
Engineering & Projects Team Lead
Pride, our engineering team lead is a fully qualified Civil Engineer with a BEng (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ)and affiliated to the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE). He has over ten years’ experience spread across commercial, industrial and residential building projects. Furthermore, he has been engaged in the planning, designing and management of structural and civil engineering projects. His areas of expertise cover residential and commercial building construction, road-works, dam and bridge construction, water and sewer treatment plants, surface and subsurface fuel storage works.
Finance & Administration Team Lead
Tsungai is our finance and administration manager with close to ten years’ experience spanning over the banking and accounting sectors. A finance graduate from the National University of Science and Technology as well as an ACCA finalist, he oversees the organisation’s finance and administration function.
